Job Summary:
This is a commission-based role only. There is NO fixed salary or retainer. We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. The position is built for a self-starter who does best in a performance-based setting. You'll be tasked with sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions, chiefly through platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards.
Compensation: We are offering $200 for each successful placement you make.
The role suits experienced recruiters or independent talent sourcers who love turning up top-tier candidates and back themselves to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more
- Carry out outreach to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and give them information about the positions
- Look over resumes and job applications to weigh candidates' suitability
- Engage candidates and hold preliminary screenings to make sure they meet job requirements
- Hold a detailed record of candidates, sourcing channels and communication history included
- Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and keep them aligned with job requirements
- Stay proactive in building and holding an active candidate pipeline for future roles
- Give regular updates on where candidate sourcing and placement efforts stand
- Track and report on your sourcing results to sharpen processes and outcomes
- Join our team meetings to understand the recruitment needs
Compensation:
- Base salary: None
- Performance-based compensation: $200 per successful placement
Required Skills:
- Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and similar job boards
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms
- Ability to weigh resumes and profiles quickly and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work solo with little supervision
- Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in a remote setting
- Strong experience with lead generation or candidate outreach
- Ability to build and hold long-term relationships with candidates
- Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and tools
- Previous experience under a performance-based compensation structure is a plus
