Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Merchandising on the seasonal product strategy by tier and zone that aligns with the company's mission and brand direction.
- Ability to analyze selling reports for new and existing collections and communicate findings visibly.
- Establish target pricing by understanding the market and collaborating with the PD/Costing team and design.
- Attend product reviews to apply line planning strategies for product output decisions.
- Drive the creation of documents/tools for global sales meetings and ensure accuracy across data points.
Requirements
- Women's Footwear experience is necessary.
- Strong sense of product line building and product management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker.
