Client Overview Our client is seeking passionate Freelance Beauty Brand Educators to represent a well-known cosmetics brand inside Beauty retail locations. This team supports beauty brands in creating engaging in-store experiences, educating consumers, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and brand representation.
Salary/Hourly Rate $25/hr
Position Overview The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators will serve as the face of the brand within Beauty stores across the market. This long-term temporary role is ideal for beauty professionals who excel at product education, in-store customer engagement, visual merchandising, and relationship building with store teams.
Responsibilities Of The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators
- Educate Beauty associates and customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and strong brand representation.
- Maintain clean, visually appealing, and compliant brand displays.
- Execute planograms, assist with restocking, and support light operational tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Beauty Store Managers and staff.
- Travel to multiple Beauty store locations within the assigned territory (mileage reimbursement provided).
Required Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators
- Previous experience with Beauty or another beauty/retail environment.
- Strong working knowledge of beauty products, trends, and makeup application.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel between store locations.
- Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators
- Personal set of professional makeup brushes.
- Experience conducting beauty demonstrations or training.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
