About the role
Job Description
- Conduct initial investigations into cases related to driver misconduct, operational fraud, and internal violations.
- Collect and review evidence from CCTV, system data, operational records, and interviews.
- Prepare case summaries, supporting documents, and basic investigation reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, BI, and Legal teams to obtain required information and evidence.
- Escalate suspicious findings, procedural breaches, and high-risk concerns to senior team members.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure investigation records are complete and updated.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives and case tracking activities.
- Assist in maintaining investigation dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Welcome fresh grades. If have experience in fraud investigation field at least 2 years will be considered an advantage
- Ability to review CCTV footage, transaction data, and operational logs.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
- Basic proficiency in G-suit and documentation/report writing.
