Identifying and investigating fraud and financial crime risks across the company's payments and merchant-acquiring operations is the core of this role. You will manage transaction monitoring alerts and investigations from initial review through to resolution, including Requests for Information (RFIs), internal escalations and recommendations for further action. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fraud, risk or financial crime who can use sound judgment, take ownership and work confidently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
