Fraud Analyst

About This Role

Working to keep the platform safe from fraudulent activity is the core of this role, which involves analyzing user data and identifying potential fraud patterns. It suits an associate who can investigate and resolve fraud instances while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Consistently utilize established standard operating procedures during fraud investigation to minimize the risk of fraudulent activities on the platform
• Conduct thorough analyses of user information and activities and monitor user behavior to identify any unusual activity to protect the company from any fraudulent transactions
• Communicate directly with users that are indicative of fraud in a timely and efficient manner
• Investigate and resolve instances of fraud on the platform while ensuring compliance to regulatory measures
• Recommend measures to detect and prevent fraud activities to protect the company from any risk

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office and Google Suite
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Professional level in verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable on Fraud and Risk Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
