Framer Foreman

About This Role

Leading a professional framing crew on construction projects from start to finish is the core of this foreman role. The position suits an experienced individual with a positive attitude and strong personal values who can lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with a team taking projects from start to finish
• Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs. carrying studs and plywood
• Work in various weather conditions with exposure to the elements (i.e. pollen, heat, and cold)

Requirements

• Three years or more experience in construction as a foreman, with documented evidence of leading a team and taking a project from start to finish
• Ability to pass a background screening and be drug-free
• Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to report to work consistently on a daily basis
• No smoking or swearing
• Willingness to leave cell phone in car during the workday
• Extended periods of activity including walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting

Nice to have:

• Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record
