Framer 2

About This Role

This Framer 2 position involves manufacturing round stock products according to established specifications, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and safety. The role focuses on preparing poles for treatment and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify quality and classification of all round stock to ANSI, ASTM, or Corporate standards
• Operate hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gain, brand, tag, clean, and prepare poles for treatment
• Document and report material processed
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work area
• Assist in inspection of all round stock products
• Assist in receipt of materials, tallying, identification, records, and information
• Assist in operation of full length and deep incisor as required
• Operate pole tag machine to manufacture aluminum tags as required
• Participate and contribute to company safety program
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Probationary period: 90 days (during which a Framer 2 will be classified as a Framer 3 for training)
