Responsibilities 担当ブランドの経営パートナーとして予算策定、予実管理、業績分析、設備投資管理を担うFP&Aマネージャーを募集いたします。

■ポジションについて ファッション・ラグジュアリーブランド事業のビジネスパートナーとして、事業目標の達成およびブランド戦略の実現に向けた財務インサイトを提供します。
FP&A責任者のもと、国内事業における財務計画の策定および業績管理を担当します。
■主な業務内容
- 担当ブランドの財務計画、予算策定、および業績予測（Forecast）の作成を支援する
- 財務実績をモニタリングし、リスクおよび事業機会を特定する
- 設備投資（Capex）計画を策定し、支出実績を管理するとともに、予算との差異分析を実施する
- 月次レポートおよび経営陣向けの各種分析資料を作成する
- 関係部門および経理チームと連携し、月次決算業務を支援する
- 業務プロセスの改善および効率化を推進する

Requirements **■必須**
- FP&A（管理会計・経営管理）またはFinance Business Partnerとしての実務経験5年以上
- 多国籍企業における財務・経理経験
- 会計知識（P/L、B/S、キャッシュフロー）
- P&L管理経験
- Microsoft OfficeおよびERP等の業務システム利用経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- 学士号以上
