תכנון ובקרה תקציבית של פרויקטים בהיקפים גדולים כולל:
מעקב אחר מכירות, עלויות ורווח - תקציב, תחזית וביצוע בפועל
עבודה מול היחידות העסקיות - מנהלי תכניות וראשי תחומים
עבודה מול גורמי הכספים השונים במחלקה וגורמי מטה בחברה
הצגת סטטוס פרויקטים לדרגים ניהוליים בחברה
דרישות:
תואר ראשון בכלכלה / תעשייה וניהול
תואר שני - יתרון
ניסיון של 2-3 שנים בתפקיד דומה
ראייה מערכתית והבנה אסטרטגית
יכולת למידה עצמית ועבודה עצמאית
יכולת אנליטית גבוהה
משימתיות, מכוונות תוצאות ויכולת לעבודה עפ"י יעדים
כישורים בינאישיים טובים, תקשורתיות וייצוגיות
יכולת לעבודה בצוות ומול מספר רב של ממשקים
תודעת שירות גבוהה
