Job Description As the Founding Growth Engineer, you will build the automated outbound engine from zero to one. You'll own the entire stack—CRM, enrichment, and sequencing—to put AI agent solutions in front of real estate decision-makers. This is a high-intensity, execution-first role driving the machine that powers global revenue growth.

What You Will Do
- Build and scale end-to-end outbound systems, including CRM workflows, data enrichment pipelines, and sequencing.
- Create high-velocity automated workflows that generate consistent qualified meetings for the founding sales team.
- Test, iterate, and optimize the growth stack daily using modern AI tools and technical integrations.
The ideal candidate
- Hands-on experience building automated lead-gen systems and configuring complex CRM workflows at a startup.
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript to build integrations where no-code tools reach their limit.
- Highly energized by a high-intensity, six-day-a-week, in-office environment focused on rapid execution and shipping.
