What You'll Do
- Design and build end-to-end product features across mobile, web, and backend systems.
- Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React Native and TypeScript.
- Own GraphQL architecture, database design, and application performance.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on product strategy and technical decisions.
- Improve system reliability, testing, deployment pipelines, and developer experience.
- Ship high-impact features in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile applications.
- Solid backend development experience using Python and Django.
- Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases, RESTful services, and scalable architecture.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products or workflow automation.
- Experience deploying cloud applications and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong product mindset with excellent communication skills.
