Job Description You will embed directly with customers to understand their specific workflows and rapidly build custom plugins and integrations. As a founding team member, you will own the customer relationship end-to-end, translating real-world problems into production-ready software. This role bridges the gap between core product engineering and high-impact customer solutions.

What You Will Do
- Embed with customers to map complex workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Develop and ship custom plugins, skills, and integrations that integrate the platform into diverse enterprise environments.
- Feed insights from customer deployments back into the core product team to improve the underlying platform.
The ideal candidate
- Strong generalist engineering background with experience shipping production software across the full stack.
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles, such as solutions engineering or forward-deployed engineering.
- High agency and comfort working in ambiguous environments without rigid specifications or established best practices.
