Foreign Exchange Accounts Officer (Metro Manila | Cebu)

Work Setup: Hybrid | 5x a month RTO in Makati/ Cebu

Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify growth opportunities, generate qualified leads, and present foreign exchange products to prospective corporate clients.
• Portfolio Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure ongoing engagement and retention.
• Trade Execution & Pricing: Negotiate competitive FX rates, book currency orders accurately, and coordinate with internal operations for prompt trade settlements.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales transactions strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining clear activity logs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with back-office and product teams to streamline service delivery and conduct product orientation for clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year discipline.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales or account management experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, excellent client-facing communication, and a solid grasp of sales pipeline management.
