Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Work from the office during the assigned day shift
- Make outbound calls to clients in the USA, Canada, and Singapore
- Respond professionally to foreign clients’ queries regarding company services
- Explain products and services clearly and confidently to potential customers
- Schedule appointments according to clients’ availability
- Follow up with clients and take service confirmations
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and close deals effectively
- Maintain proper communication records and client information
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client service support

- Skills: telesales, call center operations, customer service skills, call center technology, customer inquiries handling, front office support, international call handling
