Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take guest orders and accurately process payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Work across different stations, including cashier, food preparation, grill, expo, dishwashing, and guest support
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and airport security procedures
- Assist team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience during every interaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or guest service experience is preferred but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position
- Reliable transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport
- Ability to successfully complete all required airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge
- Must meet all applicable age and work authorization requirements
