Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Food Service Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food service activities, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met.
- Oversee team members’ performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback to promote a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, interview candidates, and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and oversee food storage practices to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service roles including food preparation, cooking, serving, or bartending within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience with the ability to lead diverse staff effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry.
- Skilled in using POS systems such as Micros POS for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing staff and managing restaurant operations.

Pay: $16.00-$25.16 per hour
