Formulating and improving protein products across beef, pork, and poultry categories is the core of this highly visible role. You will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and leadership teams, with hands-on involvement throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from formulation and benchtop work to plant trials, scale-up, and market launch.
