Food and Beverage Supervisor Location: OAKS CLUB AT VALENCIA, VALENCIA, CA We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
- Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies.
- Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.
- Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: $17.81 - $24.00
