Food and Beverage Manager

About This Role

Managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations is the core of this role, ensuring high customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, strong leadership skills, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Proficient in menu planning and development
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• ServSafe certification is a plus
