Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
• Deliver exceptional guest and customer experiences
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the F&B team
• Develop and implement departmental goals, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures
• Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor

’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience managing F&B operations, preferably in hospitality or resort settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good employment record and track record of achieving results
