Food and Beverage Manager

About This Role

Directing the food and beverage operations at a full-service hotel is the core of this leadership role, covering the restaurant, kitchen, and banquet services in a fast-paced environment. It is an opportunity to lead, grow, and make a real impact, suitable for a hands-on hospitality leader who can drive results and build strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations (events up to 500 guests)
• Lead, coach, and schedule food and beverage team members
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Ensure outstanding guest service and cleanliness standards
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance with health regulations
• Partner with culinary leadership on menus and promotions

Requirements

• 2+ years of food and beverage management experience
• Strong leadership and financial skills
• Required food service permits and alcohol awareness certification
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
