Food and Beverage Manager

Directing and overseeing all food and beverage operations is at the heart of this management role. This position suits an experienced professional with strong leadership and operational skills in a hospitality setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or resort
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory and 3-5 years of managerial experience in F&B
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, room service, and event operations
• Excellent skills in team leadership, staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health and safety standards
• Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and budgeting
• Knowledge of menu planning, pricing, portion control, and profitability
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle complaints, operational issues, and high-pressure situations professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B/POS systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Must have a strong commitment to service quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
