About This Role
This Food and Beverage Manager role oversees the daily running of all the hotel's food and drink services, from restaurants and bars to room service and banquet events. It suits an experienced leader with a strong background in hotel food and beverage operations and banquet management, focusing on guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets, corporate functions, social events, and special occasions
- Drive operational readiness and implementation of F&B standards, systems, procedures, and service protocols, particularly in hotel set-up environments
- Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, service, sanitation, and safety
- Collaborate with Sales, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction
- Monitor F&B revenue, cost controls, inventory, labor productivity, and departmental budgets
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the overall dining experience
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety regulations, and operational standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in hotel Food & Beverage operations is a must
- Strong background in hotel set-up, pre-opening, or operational development is highly preferred
- Proven expertise in banquet operations, event management, and large-scale function execution
- Substantial leadership experience managing multiple F&B outlets and teams
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, guest-focused, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities
