Food and Beverage Manager

About This Role

Directing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at O Hotel is the core of this management role. This position involves leading service staff, controlling operational costs, and maintaining high service and culinary standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across all hotel food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality products, and efficiency
• Maintain consistently high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service across all shifts
• Prepare staff schedules, assign daily duties, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and train/mentor F&B staff
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and positive resolution
• Control food, beverage, and labor costs while developing strategies to maximize sales and overall revenue
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, specifically within Food & Beverage operations
• Strong team management, staff scheduling, and leadership abilities
• Basic understanding of cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to resolve guest concerns with tact and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
