Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an FMCG Operations Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key operational role managing fast-moving consumer goods operations across the island. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-site operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence across all locations within your remit. This position is crucial to our continued growth and success in the competitive retail and consumer products sector.
Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple FMCG retail locations island wide, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Monitor operational performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability across all assigned sites

Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and supply chain coordination to ensure optimal product availability

Ensure all locations maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain consistent standards across all locations

Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality service delivery

Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements across the region
