About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer with more than three years of professional experience to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications tailored for both iOS and Android devices. Your work will directly impact the delivery of our healthcare solutions, ensuring they are reliable, responsive, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with web developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to create seamless experiences across platforms. This position offers flexibility in a remote or hybrid work environment, enabling you to contribute effectively from any location.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in both React Native and Flutter frameworks. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dart is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, and Bloc. Candidates should have experience with RESTful API integration, offline data persistence, and background synchronization. Familiarity with native iOS and Android development environments, including permissions and platform-specific features, is required. Additional skills in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device communication and web technologies like React are considered advantageous. A strong foundation in software development best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines, is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and React Native.
• Implement scalable architecture, robust state management, and clean coding principles to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
• Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces optimized for various screen sizes, including tablets and smartphones.
• Develop and execute automated testing strategies, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to uphold high quality standards.
• Build offline-first data persistence strategies and background data synchronization workflows to ensure seamless user experiences even without network connectivity.
• Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors for real-time data streaming and device communication.
• Develop native platform integrations for device permissions, hardware features, and platform-specific capabilities to enhance app functionality.
• Collaborate with web engineering teams to align mobile features with web applications, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes, including automated builds and releases to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Maintain code quality through regular code reviews, dependency management, and adherence to best practices in software development.
