About This Role
Developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for a rapidly expanding fintech and payments company is the core of this role. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build and ship apps used by real customers. This position suits a developer with strong Flutter fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using Flutter and Dart
- Build clean, reusable and responsive UI from Figma designs
- Integrate REST APIs and handle loading, error and offline states
- Implement state management using BLoC, Riverpod or Provider
- Integrate payment gateways, push notifications (FCM) and third-party SDKs
- Write clean, testable code and take part in code reviews
- Debug, optimise performance and fix production issues
- Support app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (arrays, hashing, stacks/queues, trees, recursion, basic DP)
- Good knowledge of OOP concepts and Dart async (Futures, Streams, async/await)
- Experience with at least one state management approach (BLoC / Riverpod / Provider / GetX)
- Experience with REST API integration and JSON parsing
- Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics)
- Working knowledge of Git
- At least one app published on the Play Store / App Store (personal or professional)
- Flutter: 1 year (Required)
- Dart: 1 year (Required)
- Data Structures & Algorithms: 1 year (Required)
- OOP concepts: 1 year (Required)
- REST API integration: 1 year (Required)
Nice to have:
- Experience with fintech/banking apps
- Platform channels or basic native Android (Kotlin) / iOS (Swift) knowledge
- Unit and widget testing
- Clean Architecture / MVVM
- Active LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank or GitHub profile
