About This Role
This role is for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a project at a global company specializing in software, information, and services for professionals and organizations. It suits a candidate with solid Flutter experience who enjoys developing quality mobile applications and is interested in exploring new development methods using Artificial Intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, including at least 3 years of experience in Flutter development
- Proven experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining production Flutter applications available on the App Store and Google Play
- Solid knowledge of Flutter and Dart
- Experience with Riverpod for state management; knowledge of Provider or BLoC will also be valued
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar, with the ability to analyze, test, and validate generated code
- Experience in Spec-Driven Development approaches, ideally with OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, or similar tools
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, and good software architecture practices
- Experience in integrating REST APIs and backend services
- Experience with automated testing, including unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and build and release pipelines for mobile applications, namely with GitHub Actions or similar tools
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems, optimize performance, and ensure application stability
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative work in development teams
- English level B2 or higher
- Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner
- Good communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
- Proactivity in identifying improvements and optimizing solutions
- Interest in technological innovation and continuous learning
Nice to have:
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of Firebase and mobile analytics tools
- Experience in native development for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Experience in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and supporting the development of other engineers
