About This Role
This Flutter Developer role involves building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications. The position suits a passionate and skilled developer with experience in Flutter, Dart, mobile application architecture, REST APIs, state management, and UI/UX implementation, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Implement efficient state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, or similar frameworks
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
- Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and business logic
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Stay updated with Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of experience in Flutter application development
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
- Good understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, animations, and navigation
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and API integration
- Experience integrating Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config
- Familiarity with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences
- Understanding of MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
- Knowledge of Android and iOS application lifecycle
- Understanding of app security and performance optimization
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for writing clean, scalable, and reusable code
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical expertise
- Ownership mindset with attention to quality and deadlines

- Experience with payment gateway integrations
- Experience with Google Maps, location services, and push notifications

- Knowledge of unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing
- Exposure to native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an added advantage
