Role Description The Flooring Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. The role involves installing a variety of flooring materials, including hardwood, vinyl, tile, and carpet, in both residential and commercial settings. Day-to-day tasks include site preparation, accurate measurement and layout, cutting and fitting materials, and completing stairs, baseboards, and trim to a high standard. The installer is expected to maintain clean, organized work areas, follow safety procedures, and collaborate effectively with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades. The role also includes inspecting completed work, addressing minor issues on-site, and supporting project timelines and quality standards.
