Floor Manager - JD Sports Manado

Job Description

• Responsible on the day to day operation of store
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist other store employees with their work
• Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
• Responsible to achieve sales and improve team
• Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
• Complete store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employess
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Manage merchandise traffic in store, control merchandise inventory in oreder to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of working experience in retail industry or related field, preferably have experience as an Store Supervisor with min. 3 year experience.
• Possess good customer service, drive in achieving sales target, strong leadership, & hard worker.
• Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.
• Willing to work in shift
• Required language(s): Proficient in English
• Ready to work 5 days in a week and working in public holiday
