Job Overview:
We are seeking a Floor and Packaging Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor and packaging line. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Supervise and coordinate daily production floor and packaging operations.
✔Ensure timely execution of packaging and dispatch schedules.
✔Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
✔Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols.
✔Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Inventory teams for smooth workflow.
✔Train, motivate, and evaluate floor staff for continuous improvement.
✔Maintain accurate records of production, packaging logs, and inventory usage.
✔Resolve operational issues, minimize downtime, and report discrepancies to the management.
✔Maintain equipment and packaging material readiness.
✔Support audits and inspections as per regulatory norms.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
✔Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Hard Skills:
✔Knowledge of GMP, SOP, and hygiene standards.
✔Experience with packaging machinery and production tools.
✔Ability to read and manage production and packaging schedules.
✔Understanding of cosmetic or pharmaceutical packaging processes.
Soft Skills:
✔Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
✔Proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✔Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
✔3–5 years of experience in a cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
✔Prior experience in supervising production floors or packaging lines.
