Role:
Float Pool Registered Nurse providing patient-centered care in both Acute Care and Emergency Department settings.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with medical teams, advocate for patients and families, and support clinical outcomes and departmental performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of RN experience, Associates Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred), current RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ALCS, PALS, and CPI.
Skills:
Strong clinical knowledge, compassionate patient advocacy, teamwork, and adaptability to float between departments.
