This role leads the Fleet Operations team and is accountable for both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of Amgen’s US and Puerto Rico fleet program. It provides direct oversight of fleet operations, vendor delivery, financial performance, compliance, and service quality. The role establishes the program strategy and governance needed to deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective, and reliable mobility services that enable the field organization.
