Fitness Director

About This Role

This leadership role focuses on maximizing member participation and retention in paid Personal Training services by meeting and exceeding client acquisition and retention goals. The Fitness Director manages and coaches the sales process, oversees service delivery, and guides the client experience through personal training and paid programming.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new client acquisition and existing client retention goals
• Sell directly by performing CrunchOne Kickoffs
• Coach, role play, and guide individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by the various KPIs
• Ensure proper execution and communication of the Client Journey, with emphasis on the first 90 days
• Ensure that all Personal Trainers deliver high-quality programs to their clients backed by a scientific rationale
• Hire, train, and manage a team of qualified Personal Trainers
• Conduct meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals
• Limit client servicing to no more than 5 personal training clients
• Dedicate remaining scheduled hours to sales, coaching, member engagement, trainer development, operational execution, and department growth
• Comply with the uniform policy (Crunch polo, black pants or shorts, and Crunch nametag)
• Ensure accurate administration of Personal Training services including, but not limited to, usage of the Enhance program, goal tracking, measurement tracking, program design, and progress reports
• Maintain reports and data for clarity into business performance
• Communicate takeaways and plans for improvement to the General Manager

• 7:00 PM based on club needs); Last Saturday of the month: half day for closeout and events
