Fitness Coach

About This Role

This role involves leading coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts for members. The Fitness Coach will motivate members, help them achieve their goals, and ensure correct form during exercises.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and be aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification
• Ability to genuinely connect with and motivate others
