Location: Dallas, TX. This is a flexible hybrid opportunity combining remote work with collaborative time in our Dallas office.

Job Description
- Analyze insurance policies and complex first-party property coverage issues
- Handle coverage matters from pre-suit analysis through litigation and resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions and examinations under oath
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other persuasive legal documents
- Develop litigation and coverage strategies in partnership with experienced attorneys and clients
- Participate in mediations, negotiations, and other dispute-resolution proceedings
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding case developments, strategy, and coverage considerations
- Manage multiple matters efficiently while responding effectively to time-sensitive issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of insurance coverage experience
- Experience with first-party property coverage matters strongly preferred
- Experience with policy analysis, examinations under oath, depositions, pleadings, motions, or mediations
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative, team-first approach
- Ability and willingness to provide a writing sample
