First Mile & Hub (SPX Express)

Job Description

• Analyze large, complex datasets related to First Mile pickup routes, driver capacity, fleet utilization, and pickup SLA compliance to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to reduce cost-per-pickup, optimize vehicle type mix, and improve driver productivity across the fleet.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor live fleet health and historical performance trends.
• Translate complex fleet data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and field operations teams.
• Communicate complex operational findings and strategic changes clearly to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics strategy, route optimization, management consulting, or e-commerce/express delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data modeling, complex functions). Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate data-driven insights clearly.
• Proven stakeholder management skills to align strategic goals with field operations and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic operational environments under tight deadlines.
