Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform statutory duties as the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) and manage Fire Certificate renewal.

Conduct fire risk assessments, fire safety audits and emergency preparedness exercises.

Investigate fire incidents, false alarms and fire system failures, and coordinate follow-up actions.

Liaise with SCDF, DSTA and relevant Authority representatives on fire safety and facilities matters.

Support daily facilities operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance planning and coordination.

Monitor contractor performance and review maintenance reports, technical submissions and service delivery.

Support emergency response and recovery for incidents including fire, power outages, flooding and ACMV failures.

Support statutory inspections, Authority audits and internal compliance checks, ensuring corrective actions are closed promptly.
Requirements:
- Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) with SCDF.
