Job Description:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data to identify process improvement opportunities for Financial Operations
- Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges
- Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues
- Partner closely with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data, address and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Excellent problem structuring and critical thinking skills
- High ownership mindset and a bias for action
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex datasets
- At minimum, you should be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity among cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing diverse teams to drive results
