Financial Services Representative

About This Role

This role is for a Financial Services Representative who will support Fidelity's customers while building a foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. It involves paid training to obtain necessary licenses and develop skills, with a transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role after completing the program.

Responsibilities

• Support Fidelity's customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades
• Build and solidify skills by supporting customers with increasing complexity
• Dedicate weekly time for development, networking, and training
• Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as part of the wealth management development track
• Build advanced skills to further develop a career in planning

Requirements

• Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment

• Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity
• Successful completion of SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses (fully sponsored by Fidelity)

Important Details

• Work format: 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site during skill-building phase; transitions to fully on-site Investor Center role after program completion, with possibility of additional remote time based on business needs
