Job Description We are hiring Financial Services Representatives to handle client inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and financial products. This role involves access to client financial account information and personal data. A background check and credit screening are required for all financial services positions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries related to account balances, transactions, and products
- Access and update client account information accurately during each interaction
- Process account changes, transfers, and service requests
- Educate clients on available financial products and services
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM
- Escalate complex account issues to senior representatives or compliance teams
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable accessing and discussing client financial information
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior financial services experience required — comprehensive paid training
- Must be a US resident authorized to work in the United States
