About the role

Required As a financial professional, you’ll play a key role, listening attentively to our members and clients to help optimize their financial wellbeing 💼. You’ll provide exceptional client service and propose high-quality, tailored financial solutions.🌟More specifically, you will be required to:
- Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations 📱on their own.
- Welcome members and clients in a courteous and dynamic manner 🤝, quickly determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate people or channels. Provide general information about Desjardins products and services📋.
- Work together with personal finance advisors to improve the service quality available to members 🤝.
