About the role
Join our banking client team responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial oversight processes within a large international financial environment. In this role, you will help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support the safeguarding of client assets, and contribute to the reliability of financial reporting and control frameworks. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various business functions, participate in process enhancement initiatives, and build expertise in a highly regulated sector. Your tasks
- Oversee daily processes related to the monitoring and protection of client funds and assets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs, resolve issues, and manage escalations
- Support audits by preparing documentation, evidence, and regulatory compliance materials
- Collaborate with risk, legal, compliance, and finance teams on asset protection and regulatory matters
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and control effectiveness
- Assist in the identification, remediation, and reporting of control breaches or compliance incidents
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably within financial services, banking, or a regulated industry
- Understanding of financial control processes, compliance requirements, or asset protection frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English proficiency and willingness to work on-site from the Warsaw office
