About the role
Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with an exciting FMCG business with a strong international export operation. They are seeking an experienced, commercially focused Finance Director to lead the finance function and partner with the SLT.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance function.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
- Provide commercial insight across sales, margins, profitability and performance.
- Manage working capital, treasury and export-related financial activities.
- Partner with the SLT on strategic and commercial decisions.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Support pricing, investment, product development and international growth initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team and manage key external stakeholders.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong post-qualification experience in a commercial finance environment.
- FMCG, manufacturing or consumer goods experience advantageous.
- Experience with international/export markets preferred.
- Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
