Financial Controller

About This Role

This Financial Controller role involves acting as a business partner throughout the bidding and project processes. The position requires managing all financial aspects of projects, ensuring rigorous monitoring, and contributing to budget and forecast definitions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner during the bidding and project processes
• Review, challenge, and approve CS offers in accordance with the budget
• Monitor bid costs and allocate budget
• Manage all financial aspects of projects, revenue recognition, monitoring cash-in, and achievement of milestones
• Ensure that regular cost updates are carried out through rigorous project monitoring
• Contribute to defining the different cost rates and communicate them to the operational teams
• Analyze revenue and cost variances compared to the forecast and budget
• Prepare the monthly BOR and present the main financial aspects
• Contribute to the definition of the budget and forecasts (P&L, OCF, HC, and other KPIs)
• Load data into reporting tools such as Magnitude and Anaplan
• Prepare monthly closing procedures and ensure documentation related to provisions
• Respond to the requests of the CACs

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management Control
• Proficiency in accounting, finance, and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle)
• Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and curiosity
