What You'll Do
- Deliver timely financial analysis and reporting in support of the IS (Information Systems) department
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts and the annual budget — consolidating inputs, reviewing assumptions, and flagging potential risks
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast vs prior year) and provide clear, concise commentaries
- Support month-end closing activities including accruals for OPEX and depreciation, and ensure accuracy of journal entries
- Assist with tracking and reviewing CAPEX project costs, creation of WBS elements, and maintaining project documentation
- Generate and distribute cost centre reports and perform analysis to support IS business stakeholders
- Contribute to annual budget cycle presentation materials
- Participate in cost allocation and activity-based costing analysis across business units
- Assist in reviewing business cases and performing ROI and financial benefit calculations
- Develop and maintain financial models for recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Respond to finance queries from IS cost centre owners and support accounting compliance
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support audit queries and documentation
- Present financials clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or management reporting, preferably supporting IT or shared services

Progress toward a professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage

Familiarity with financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and month-end close processes

Proficient in Microsoft Excel — able to build and maintain financial models

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well in a cross-functional environment
