They manage diverse asset strategies and collaborate closely with portfolio companies on operational, simulation, and engineering infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting systems to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to key stakeholders
- Enable business visibility through robust analysis and presentation
- Lead strategic and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures and maintain a framework for risk management and control
- Ensure continuous adherence to annual planning and budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and metrics
- Provide guidance on multi-year strategic planning, working closely with department heads to establish enterprise goals, departmental strategies, and financial plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 7-12 years of FP&A experience within private equity, investment banking, and/or credit banking
- Experience with system implementations and strong project management skills
- Experience working on portfolio company or group-level financial analysis
- Experience managing a team across multiple geographic locations is a must
Salary Range $230,000-$295,000
