A leading logistics organisation seeks a Financial Analyst to drive financial strategy, deliver actionable insights, and strengthen cross-functional business impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly management reporting, including preparation of financial statements and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management
- Prepare ad hoc financial models, business cases, and management dashboards as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and validate assumptions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, processes, and data accuracy
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments from senior management
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Big 4 audit experience is mandatory (around 1 year of post-qualification experience)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
